Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order ships.

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is provided directly by the shipping carrier. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We ship via USPS. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at info@warriorbearbox.com with your name and order number.

To avoid delays and additional fees, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, we'll notify you, and you can choose to pay for reshipping or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
